Kendal is the owner/ operator of The Bishop Agency the parent company of Revenue Management Medical Billing, Revenue Management Medical Billing Education, and Revenue Management Self-Pay Collections.

 In 2014, she became a Certified Professional Biller awarded by the American Academy of Professional Coders. Throughout the coursework she was prepared for various scenarios that may occur in the medical billing field. In fall of 2016, she became a Certified Revenue Cycle Associate with the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Both credentials are recognized across the United States. In 2022, Kendal became a Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist with the American Medical Billing Association and a Certified Professional Biller Approved Instructor with the American Academy of Professional Coders.

Kendal has strong skills in analyzing problems and finding solutions in a timely and efficient manner. She also applies her vast knowledge of medical billing to solve difficult problems and provide effective solutions. Her impeccable customer service skills help her to provide the best overall experience for everyone she interacts with daily. She works one on one with clients to help with issues they are facing in their office. 

Kendal is a member of the American Academy for Professional Coders, Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Women’s Business Association-Women Connecting Women Chapter, Newberry County Rotary Club, Newberry Chamber of Commerce, and the American Medical Billing Association.
